Fees and Retainer PlansTime Time is billed in 15 minute increments. We have a very precise tracking system for time spent on each client project. Reports for each billing are available upon request. Payments New clients will be expected to pay at least one half of the total project fee before work on the project begins. The remainder is paid before the project will be released. Retainer Packages Discounts are given for any retainer that is requested, depended upon how many hours are needed as follows: 8 hours per month 5% discount 16 hours per month 7.5% discount 24 hours per month 10% discount 40 hours per month 15% discount
Retainers require a three month commitment and signed contract. Retainer credit hours must be used by the end of the month and do not carry over to the next month.
